New Product Announcement: 4 PAD SMD Package HCMOS TCXO

Dynamic Engineers has announced its latest 4 PAD SMD package HCMOS Temperature Compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO).  The TCXO1196BE_HCMOS offers the following features:

- Frequency Range: 1KHz-800MHz

- Supply Voltage: 3.3V or 5.0V

- Steady Current: 15-50mA Max

- Output Waveform: HCMOS

- Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±0.5ppm

- Aging: ±1.0ppm per year

- Phase Noise @ 100 KHz: -145dBc/Hz

- Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C

- Size: 11.4 x 9.6 x 4.5mm

The TCXO1196BE_HCMOS is ideal for the following applications:

- UHF Synthesizers

- SATCOM System

- Portable Microwave Applications

TCXO1196BE_HCMOS is a HCMOS TCXO with higher output level (up to 10dBm) and lower phase noise (-145dBc/Hz) over Clipped Sinewave TCXO.  The HCMOS design offers a wider range of frequency which allows wider range of communication equipment applications.

Indeed, the high output level can drive the high performance communication chips, which are often used in UHF synthesizers and SATCOM systems for better performance.
